Mr. Shane David

Shane is a favourite among CIMA students, due to his novel and interactive teaching methods that make learning fun and insightful. He possesses the innate ability to relate to his students and is a versatile lecturer whose lecturing expertise ranges from theory subjects to case study exams for CIMA.

Shane is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo and is currently reading for his Masters in Organisational Leadership. He specialises in Corporate and Commercial law and counts over 4 years of professional experience in the management of Turkiye – Ceylon Business Chamber and Financial Services and Commercial Agencies (Private) Limited.

His combined knowledge and exposure in distinct fields of Law and Finance gives him an added advantage whilst giving him the ability to provide students with valuable insights making him one of the most sought after lecturers for Finance and Law. He has been invited by CIMA Sri Lanka to conduct revision programmes for CIMA students.
